CHICAGO, IL —No one was hurt during a "security incident" Thursday at the FBI's Chicago facility on Roosevelt Road, FBI officials told news outlets.

A man jumped the fence at the facility and threw rocks at the building, ABC Chicago reported. He was stopped by Federal Protective Service officers and taken to an area hospital for evaluation, according to the report.

The man was otherwise unarmed, according to reports.

There were no reports of injuries and no known threat to the public, the FBI told the Chicago Tribune.

The Chicago incident came two weeks after an attacker was killed by law enforcement after exchanging gunfire with police and breaching the FBI's Cincinnati field office.

That attacker reportedly posted on Truth Social before and after entering the FBI office in Ohio and firing a nail gun during a visitor screening at the facility in Cincinnati, officials said. He was killed after fleeing the FBI facility and leading law enforcement on a chase before a six-hour standoff.
